Whose Line Is It Anyway? is one of the funniest shows in television history. Some of the brightest improv is featured on this show from the likes of Greg Proops, Josie Lawrence, Mike McShane, Paul Merton, John Sessions, and of course Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles. However, these people couldn't hold a candle to the middling talents of the shows history, like Steve Steen, Caroline Quentin, Griff Rhys-Jones, Steve Smith, etc. So, I present to you the Top 5 Worst Whose Line UK Panelists of all time!
