The 2016-2017 Game Show Season was not that great. A lot of the shows out there fell on their face, with the notable one being Celebrity Name Game being cancelled after 3 Seasons on the air. The new crop that came out of this season was at best mediocre and at worst, offensive. Shows like Divided preyed on that emotion to where it's now languishing in Season 2 and most likely won't be back for Season 3 where Survivor had the show's most offensive moment where contestant Jeff Varner outed fellow tribesmate Zeke Smith as a transman. However, the voters of the Patrick Wayne Award felt the worst thing to come out of this season was a show that claimed to reward contestants for their shopping skills. Instead, it was an exercise in brand marketing that made you want to go AWWW NAWWWWW! It's time for Save To Win to step up and claim it's Prize!
